Scenic journey through the West Highlands to picturesque Oban
– spectacular ferry journey to Mull with islands & mountain views all around, incl. the Lismore lighthouse and Duart castle

- Guaranteed pick ups from the Stirling area and depending on the tour route (this tour also passes through the Western Highlands) & duration generally also from places throughout the Scottish Central belt between Glasgow in the West & Edinburgh/St. Andrews/Dundee in the East plus additional pick up options along the tour route.
- It will also be possible to join this tour in Oban, on the Isle of Mull or to be dropped off in Lochaber/Fort William/Glencoe area on the return journey
- plus additional pick up / drop off options along the tour route (through the Western Highlands, Oban, Glencoe/Fort William, etc.) for example
- it is also possible to join our tour for not the full 2 days, but only for 1 day (space availability permitting)

- we can also pick you up/drop you off at the ferry ports – either Oban, Craignure/Mull, Fishnish/Mull an, Tobermory/Mull and Kilchoan/Ardnamurchan, should you decide to join us later or leave us earlier
- it is of course also possible for you to stay longer on Mull or in Ardnamurchan & the peninsulas and Western Highlands and for us to drop you off at any place of your choice at the end of the tour

- Depending on the group’s interests, hobbies, preferences and the weather, every day at many places along the route, we will ask if they prefer to stop/do and see options A, B or C
Free time & activities
There will be free times at various points of the 2 day tour, including:
- before the Calmac ferry to the Isle of Mull in Oban
- in Tobermory after the check in at your chosen accommodation (or the guaranteed hostel space, if you opt in to that)
- Ardnamurchan lighthouse cliff & viewpoint walk (views of the Isles of Mull, Coll, Canna, Rum, Eigg, Muck & the Isle of Skye) & Sanna beach walks

- If this is a multi-day tour, we discuss with you for each night, if you prefer to choose your own hotel, B&B guesthouse or hostel accommodation at the place of each overnight tour accommodation or alternatively as we often offer on many of our Scottish islands & off the beaten track tours – if you are happy to opt into our already prebooked, confirmed and guaranteed budget, often hostel accommodation option – so as to establish if the cost we invoice you is including or excluding the accommodation
- To book the tour, we will send you an invoice with an e-pay/online PayPal link, which allows you to pay either by Paypal, card or also by (UK or international) bank transfer
- Once paid, we send you a tour confirmation
2-3 days before the tour departure, we will send you the tour joining instructions, incl. some tips, incl. the latest weather forecast for the day and the order of pick ups, for example:
- Tour guest A + B pick up from Croy railway station (for those arriving on the express train from Edinburgh or Glasgow) or rom their Falkirk accommodation @ 7.35 am
- Tour guest C pick up from Stirling/Tesco carpark @ 8 am
- Tour guest D pick up from Stirling University Alexander Court @ 08.10 am
- Tour guest E pick up from Stirling University Beech Court @ 08.15 am
- Tour guest F pick up from Bridge of Allan/Co-op carpark @ 08.20 am
- Tour guest G + H join us along our tour route and we pick them up at the Crianlarich B&B @ 9.30 am

- Peak season May – Septemberr 1 day private & small group tour price is £360 = 1 day tour price
- £360 divided by 8 (as 8 is the maximum number of tour participants) = £45 is the tour price per day as with our “Scottish islands & off the beaten track tours for individuals” we guarantee the lowest per person price, no matter the actual number of participants = £45 per person per day during the summer peak months for an “off the beaten track tour for individuals
- 3 day tour is 3 x £45 per per person for an “off the beaten track tour for individuals” = £135
- less 10% discount for a 3 day tour = £121.50
- = £121.5- per person for the 3 day tour
= rounded down to £119 per person

- You can opt in to our pre-booked hostel accommodation on Tobermory for £18 per person per night
