Tour summary & highlights
After an early 8am start from Stirling & the Uni, we are climbing up the Sheriffmuir road to savour some great views of the Wallace monument, Dumyat, the Forth valley and Trossachs & the bens southern Perthshire.
Along the beautiful Sheriffmuir road we are heading back into civilization and have a quick look around the world renowned Gleneagles golf course.
Through beautiful Glendevon we reach the Rumbling bridge gorge for a small walk.
We are driving up towards Castle Campbell as a photo stop.
If there is any time left, we go for one of the Hillfoot glens waterfall walks (either Dollar, Tillicoultry or Alva)
Return back to Stirling & the Uni roughly 5 hours after we started (1/2 day tour)

Along the beautiful Sheriffmuir road we are heading back into civilization and have a quick look around the world renowned Gleneagles golf course.
Through beautiful Glendevon we reach the Rumbling bridge gorge for a small walk.
We are driving up towards Castle Campbell for a photo stop and great downhill waterfall walk through Dollar glen.

If there is any time left, we can go either
- go another Hillfoot waterfall walks (either in Tillicoultry or Alva)
- visit Gartmorn dam

(ranging from the Forth Valley, towards the Ochils and west towards Stirling castle, the national Wallace monument & beyond Ben Lomond & Ben Ledi in the Trossachs & Loch Lomond nationalpark)
- have a stroll along the tidal Forth between Campus & Alloa (which is usually great for wildlife viewing)

- Tour guest C pick up from Stirling/Tesco carpark @ 8 am
- Tour guest D pick up from Stirling University Alexander Court @ 08.10 am
- Tour guest E pick up from Stirling University Beech Court @ 08.15 am
- Tour guest F pick up from Bridge of Allan/Co-op carpark @ 08.20 am
- Tour guest G + H join us along our tour route and we pick them up at the Callander bus stop @ 8.40 am
