Day 1:
The 21st July is only the arrival day,
you can join us on Barra, including the ferry from Barra to Eriskay on the Uist on the 21st July at 5.30 pm
or
we can pick you up in the evening of 21st July or the morning of 22nd July anywhere on the Uists (Eriskay – South Uist, including Lochboisdale ferry – Benbecula, including the airport – Grimsay – North Uist, including the Lochmaddy ferry – Berneray, incl. the ferryport)
Free day to be able to enjoy the glorious beaches of Barra & Vatersay, go walking, cycling, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding (there are local hire options)
- you might wish to join us for the full 6 day Hebridean beaches tour of Barra & the Uists from 19th – 24th July 2026
or the opton to join a boat trip to Mingulay (back in Barra at 3pm)

Day 2:
- Tour of the many golden beaches & spectacular sights on the Uists: Eriskay – South Uist – Benbecula – Grimsay – North Uist – Berneray – it is 100 kms / 60 miles from Eriskay in the South to Berneray in the North via the causeways which connect the islands

- via the Golden sands of Morar, the Road to the Isles, past Glenfinnan, Fort William, Glencoe back through the Trossachs to the Scottish Central belt

The peak summer tour price for a 4 day tour is £222 per person, but we only charge the 3 day tour price (22nd & 23rd & 24th July) for £169 per person (less up to 25% off for any applicable multi-day tours early booking discounts – “view tour” for all discount options), because on 21st July we are only picking up from Barra throughout the day and will only be arriving on Eriskay, the Uists for any Uist pick ups (Eriskay, South Uist, Benbecula, North Uist & Bernerary) upon our arrival in the evening.

- Mallaig, where we will be arriving back on the ferry

- Stirling & the Uni area, Alloa & places throughout the Forth Valley
- Places throughout the Scottish Central belt, including Edinburgh, Glasgow and Dundee/St. Andrews
- Edinburgh area default drop off: Ingliston Park & Ride tram stop (with trams every 7 minutes to the city centre) or Dalmeny & Linlithgow railway station
- Glasgow area default drop off: Croy railway station
Free time & activities
On the 22nd and 23rd July there will be plenty of time for some great beach walks and for us to go island hopping as we travel across the causeways to explore the Uists (Eriskay – South Uist – Benbecula – Grimsay – North Uist & Berneray)
